Recreational League for Players Born 2007-2013 (Fall/Spring)
Our recreational leagues are designed to help players improve regardless of their skill or experience level. Smaller rosters and small-sided games gives each player more "touches" on the ball allowing for them to develop better footwork and ball control skills. Teams are coached by volunteers. Expect a mixture of beginners and experienced players. Our player development model includes coaches discussing The Legacy Story during each practice.

  • 4v4 Divisions: U7 COED (2012/2013)
  • 5v5 Divisions: U10 Boys (2009-2011), U10 Girls (2009-2011)
  • 8v8 Divisions: U12 Boys (2007-2008), U12 Girls (2007-2008) *NOTE: Teams will participate in the Union County Youth Soccer League
  • Teams practice one night/week @ 5:00pm or later for 60-90 minutes
  • Games are played on Saturdays along with some occasional weeknights (8 games total)
  • LOCATION: Southbrook Church Athletic Field (across the street from Lester Davis Road)
Academies & Camps (Summer/Winter)
Our Soccer Academies & Camps are designed to help players learn to enhance basic soccer fundamentals (dribbling, passing, shooting, defensive positioning, etc.) in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Expect a mixture of beginners and experienced players along with plenty of scrimmage/game play. Age range varies. Our player development model includes coaches discussing The Legacy Story during each session.

What if I have a 4-year old ready to play (Birth Year 2014)?
We offer a 4-year old soccer academy that meets on Saturdays only during the spring and fall (usually total of 8 sessions). Click Here for more information.

What happens if there are not enough players in a division to create four (4) teams?

Our goal is to have a minimum of 4 or more teams in any given division. If we fail to get enough coaches and/or players to create 4 teams, we may combine multiple division into one (making the age gap larger), consider playing non-Legacy teams, or cancel the division.

What's the difference between Academies and Camps?
Academies run for 3-8 weeks with 1-2 sessions per week each lasting 75-90 minutes. Camps run 4 consecutive days (M/T/W/TH) with each session lasting 2-4 hours each. Both are designed to meet the description listed above with the main difference being the time frame.
